PLANNING AND DESIGN
Perform the most economical, modern, and functional design based on prioritizing client requirements while leveraging diverse expertise to optimize design and execution through excellent collaboration and synergy of PT. SMCC Utama Indonesia’s Design Department.
Utilizing SMCC Japan’s Standard in construction technology, knowledge, and patent, SMCC Utama has attained Client Satisfaction in a variety of building types and regions in Indonesia.

POST CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
The desires and satisfaction of the customer is our priority. During the maintenance phase of the project, through Project Management System (PMS) an inspection will be performed on a periodic basis, and a prompt response will be provided whenever the customer requires.
