As a general rule. a whistle-blower should provide his/her name and contact details in order for the Company to be able to conduct an appropriate research for the facts and to eliminate an improper use of the Reporting Hotline. Though, an “anonymous” whistle-blowing report may be acceptable, however, the Company can conduct a research based on a limited information contained in the initial whistle-blowing report only. The Company may not conduct an investigation if the Company could not obtain additional information on the alleged Misconduct without your contact information (e-mail address. etc.)

We also hope to receive practical information or material on the relevant facts as to the Misconducts, i.e., specifying “When”; “Who”; “Where”; “What”; “Why”; “How”; and “How Much”, to the extent possible, through the Reporting Hotline.
